Refund policy
Our Goal: You Love It.
We want every CMC order to land right. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — that's on us, and we'll make it right.
What's covered:
- Received something damaged or defective? Full refund or replacement, no questions asked.
- Wrong item sent? We'll fix it immediately.
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to reach out.
- Item must be unused and in the condition you received it.
What's not covered:
- Ordered the wrong size? We'd love to help but since every tee is printed on demand just for you, we can't accept returns for size exchanges. Check our size guide before ordering — it's there for exactly this reason.
- Change of mind returns aren't something we're able to offer on print-on-demand items.
How to reach us:
Email hello@calmmonkeyclub.com with your order number and a photo if the item is damaged. We're actual humans who respond, usually within 24 hours.
This policy is subject to change, but we'll always keep it reasonable.
